We established a beautiful non-medical birth plan, but we ended up having to do nearly the opposite of everything we had set up due to complications. As an a natural health consultant, doula, herbalist, mother, outdoors enthusiast, artist, wild woman and homesteader. I am passionate about health, beauty and the environment which is why I have paired them together in my products. I started making body products 7 years ago when I was becoming increasingly concerned about the amount of chemicals we are exposed to on a daily basis & struggling to find a natural cure for my eczema, and products I felt good about using on my babies. I got such great results, I decided to share my products online. I was inspired by my daughters, Aria Sky & Sahalie Marie to donate 10% of my profits to various groups who are helping our bee populations by either providing bee sanctuaries and/ or research. I want them and the children of their generation to grow up in a healthy and flourishing world and with out bees I don't believe that's possible. I also rely on the bees to make many of my products and I am very thankful for the many health benefits they provide us with through their honey, wax, and pollen. I lived in Eugene, Oregon, where I have raised goats, chickens, and enjoy eating from our garden. I currently live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Many of the herbs I use in my products I grew myself.
