Gather with the women of your tribe, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, friends in a circle of love and help the mother prepare for birth and motherhood, emotionally and mentally through various tradional activities. Rituals may include a bead ceremony, cord ceremony, flower crown making, herbal foot bath, henna, laying of the hands, sacred bath salt ceremony and massage.
