Plant Based Pizza

Sometimes you just want pizza! Am I right?

We went to the farmers market yesterday & there is a woman who has been making delicious herb pizza crusts there for years & we couldn't resist getting one!!!

We added lots of veggies to keep it nutritious though!

For the topping we used home made pesto, carrots, mushrooms, asparagus, leeks & mushrooms.

Bake at 350 degrees until the crust was golden brown!! Yum!!!!
