Slippery Elm Bark has many traditional uses that benefit your:

🌿 Digestive track (for example it helps ulcers, IBS, Chron's, diarrhea, constipation, colitis, colon cleanse etc...) 🌿 Immune system 🌿 Sore throats/ coughs/ colds 🌿 Yeast Infection/ Candida 🌿 Asthma 🌿 Calming/ Sleep Aid

To make the lozenges, mix powdered slipery elm bark with honey until the consistency is right to roll into a ball. You can add a little flour or more slippery elm if it gets too sticky. Then put in the freezer and eat as needed.
